Abstract

This paper expounds the concept,functions and duel nature of the TBT and its negative influence on our country's foreign trade,reveals the causes why our country is restricted by the TBT repeatedly,and puts forward some countermeasures from the self-adaptability of the enterprise and the self-protection of the enterprise by using the TBT.
