A Summary on Private Higher Education Institution′s Property Right

Abstract

Private higher education institutions are the component parts of our national higher education.Developing private higher education institutions is the only access to the popularization of higher education.From the aspects of definition,characteristics and existing problem etc.,the paper reviews the researches on the property right of private higher education institutions in our country,and also puts forward some suggestions to resolve the problem.
