Developing service industry is the most effective way to unshackle the bondage of resource and environment problems.In recent years,transnational corporations have accelerated the pace of entering producer service industry.Behind this move,the internal requirements,industrial convergence and global direct investment of the service industry in China serve as the stimulus and also provide vast development potential.China enjoys the status as a major force in manufacture industry and prominent regional characteristics and ranks the first among developing countries by attracting foreign direct investment(FDI).All these endowments provide an opportunity for transnational corporations to enter producer service industry by service outsourcing,cluster district and foreign capital admission.
