Global Outsourcing and China's Innovative Ways Means to Attract Foreign Capital

Outsourcing is becoming the hot field of direct investment abroad by transnational corporations.The outsourcing industry of has just taken the first step forward if compared with India,the largest market of global outsourcing.This paper brings forth the following suggestions for developing global outsourcing: it is necessary to establish China Outsourcing Center characterized by the transnational corporation headquarters' economy,to actively prompt foreign-funded manufacturing industry to expand towards service industry,to develop unique outsourcing markets in different areas of based on local special resources,to work out new strategies for effective utilization of foreign funds aimed at encouraging Chinese and foreign corporations to join their efforts in research and development so as to attract more RD foreign investment to China,and to make the best use of the advantages of the special economic areas which could be large markets of outsourcing.All of the above-mentioned can be called innovative ways and means that are likely to help us effectively utilize foreign capital.
