Study on test of the anxiety of college students and the association with examination results

Objective: To explore the relationship between the examination results and the test anxiety in college students. Methods: 216 medical students are investigated in TestAnxiety Inventory. Result: Some certain courses' examination results such as biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics have obvious difference between the testanxiety group and the nontestanxiety group (p0.05). There is not remarkable nature difference in testanxiety among the students of different sex and different specialties. Test anxiety is related closely to the personality type of the students. Conclusion: Light degree of testanxiety has positive influence to college student's examination result.
