Unscrambling New Constitutionalism

Abstract
New constitutionalism generated in the western society which is suffused with severe social crisises and great changes. Its purpose is to design the political system for the good society. In order to achieve their purpose, the people who are new constitutionalism have generalized the constitutionalism. This article presents the study condition and basic standpoints of new constitutionalism, makes any evaluation, and puts forward the author's some thinking.
