Abstract
Objective To investigate the prognostic factors of colorectal cancer patients. Methods Clinical data of 106 colorectal cancer patients were analyzed retrospectively.Prognostic factors were explored by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis to find out independent prognostic factors. In order variables which were associated on single-variable analysis with significant differences in Kaplan—Meier survival analysis were entered into a multivariate Cox regression mode1.Results Tumor, local lymph node metastasis,Dukes stage and the serum level of CEA were significantly associated with the prognosis. Conclusion The prognostic factors of colorectal cancer are Tumor, local lymph node metastasis,Dukes stage and the serum level of CEA.
