Abstract

Secreted alkaline phosphatase(SEAP) not only has high sensitivity but also can be secreted to the culture medium,so SEAP gene has become a widely used reporter gene in the determination of neutralizing antibody,real-time analysis,construction of humanized engineering antibody and double reporter gene system.It is used in dual reporter gene system,and can also play a role in qualitative and quantitative analysis.Here,we reviewed the principle and application of the reporter gene SEAP.
