Abstract

In the time of past - Jingxue, Feng Yiu - lan and Feng Qi' s theories on the ideal personality are the repr-esentations of Chinese philosophy' s way to modemization. Tney have large meaning to reality as a trace in the develop-ment of Chinese philosophy in modem time. Feng Yiu - lan' s theory of sphere ,especially Feng Qi's theory of wisdom concerns with the unity between the theory and the virtues, the oiganic connection between philosophical thinking and hu-man virtues. They finally arrive at the unity of truth, goodness and beauty, the unity of perceptivity, feeling and volition and recover the rational charm of philosophy.
