Abstract

The article focus on the theory of Institutional change,from the oldnew institutionalism economics,and the Institutional economics development in China,elaborated representative main points of various schools of the theory of institutional change.Based on the review of the classic theory of institutional change,we put forward the possible development direction of the theory in the future.
