Abstract
The Institutional Schools,which stresses on institutional analysis methods,evolutionary ideas and the criticism of the Neoclassical Economics,have made great contribution to the developments of Economics.The New Institutional Economics embodied the main influences of the Institutional Schools,has same characteristics on many sides,such as institutional analysis,transaction cost,power analysis,firm organization and institution change.By the tendency,we can say that the Institutional Schools will be a part of main economics in the future.
