Abstract
Objective To learn the sample distribution of hospital infection and drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa,to guide rational drug use in clinic. Methods We retrospectively investigated 192 cases of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in our hospital from 2005 to 2008.Drug sensitivity test was carried out by NCCLS KB disc method recommended by WHO.Results The infection of pseudomonas aeruginosa was mainly in the respiratory tract,Among the common antibiotics in clinic, the effects of imipenem piperaeillin-tazobactam were best in the treatment of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. Conclusions The resistance rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa on common antibiotics is high.We should abide strictly by the rules of antibiotics using and use antibiotics rationally.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
