The concept of scientific development reveals the dialectical relationship between the social de-velopment and the all-round development of human beings.Education on scientific development concept is an important way to promote college students' individual and social harmonious development.We should continuously push forward the education on the scientific development concept by the spirits of reform and innovation,enhance its effectiveness and promote college students' individual and social harmonious devel-opment.
