Abstract
Genetic relationship among four types cucumber germplasms was analyzed by AFLP markers. To make up the systematic diagram of genetic relationship by NTSYS software and clustered by UPGMA method.24 pairs of AFLP primers had been selected from about 50 pairs of AFLP primers.Result indicated 1 367 bands were amplified with 24 pairs of primers and 297 polymorphic loci were found which accounted for 21.7%.Genetic similarity coefficient were changed from 0.841 3 to 0.994 9.By cluster analysis,twenty-eight accessions were clustered into seven groups, different germplasms diversity of HUABEI cucumber is lower than the other three types cucumber germplasms. It showed that AFLP were an effective, repeatable and dependable marker for polymorphism analysis in cucumber germplasms.
