Abstract

Objective Comparative analysis of gastrointestinal cancer patients early postoperative enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition support in effect. Methods A total of 52 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients after surgery according to the random number table is divided into EN group, enteral nutrition and PN group(parenteral nutrition),the two groups were compared postoperative recovery effects and complications. Results Postoperative flatus, defecation time, hospital stay, hospital costs were significantly lower in EN group than the PN group(P 0.05).And the PN group, serum total protein, albumin were significantly lower, and lower than those in EN group(P 0.05).There were 16 cases of postoperative complications, complications in EN group was significantly less than those in PN group(P 0.05).Conclusion The gastrointestinal tract tumors in patients with early postoperative enteral nutrition effect is superior to parenteral nutrition, fewer complications, shorter hospital stay, low cost, rapid postoperative recovery, and worthy of promotion and application.
