Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of Hsp70 in Nsclc. Methods The expression of Hsp70 were detected in 80 Nsclc samples and 40 lung benign lesion tissues as control by immunohistochemistry(S-P).Results ①The expression level of Hsp70 were found to be significantly higher in NSCLC tissues than in benign lesion tissues(P0.01);②The expression level of Hsp70 was closely related to cancer cell differentiation,P-TNM stages and lymph node involvement in lung cancer patients(P0.05);③The expression level of Hsp70 was closely related to lasting and heavy smoking. Conclusion Hsp70 is may be related to the pathogenesis and development of lung cancer.
