The application of presumption in Evidence Law

Abstract

Presumption is an important proof in modern action, so it should be regulated. On the base of knowledge of its instinct, features and valuation, we should study systemically the conditions, sphere, rules and the rules of the grounds for the application of presumption, then further amend and improve presumptive legislation to guarantee the proper application of presumption.
