On The Downtown Spatial Layout of Pubei County and Its Sustainable Development

As an administering county of Qinzhou City,Guangxi,Pubei county' present urbanization is limited at the polarization of city development,whose spatial layout has its own characteristics of decentralization and primacy of the downtown,along arterial road and along river.The affected factors of the city's layout mainly lie in the natural conditions,the weak developing fundaments and limited infrastructures,but it has the obvious city developing incentives of the fruits sources,township businesses and comprehensive agricultural development.The paper,on the basis of analyzing of the present downtown spatial layout of Pubei,has presented the developing strategies of Pubei's future downtown spatial layout as the gradient promotion,speeding polarization,harmonious interaction and spot-axis development.It is certainly predictive that Pubei's future downtown spatial layout will be promoted from the stages of polarization to centralization-decentralization with its promoted economy powers.
