On The City Spatial Layout and Its Sustainable Development of Fengchenggang Guangxi

IAs a newly-built administering port city of the coastal area in Guangxi,Fengchenggang city's present urbanization is limited at the polarization of city development,the city spatial layouts of whose port and Fengcheng area have their own obvious characteristics of eastern density and western rarity,strong spatial difference of development and weak advantages of the frontier-city.The affected factors of the city layout mainly lie in the natural conditions,the historical developing fundaments,and limited infrastructures of population and transportation,but it has the obvious city developing incentives of its distinct location,its port,its ocean sources and its tourist sources.The paper,on the basis of analyzing of the present downtown spatial layout of Fengchenggang city,has presented the developing tendency and strategies of its future downtown spatial layout.
