To introduce career planning and establish a new model for higher vocational employment guidance

In terms of employment,graduates of higher vocational colleges are relatively the vulnerable groups.in order to change this situation,we should consider the introduction of career planning in the employment guidance to establish a new model for higher vocational employment guidance.This can be realized mainly from four aspects: individual self-positioning,determining career goals,establishment and development of career counselling agencies and the creation of the career planning courses.Connecting with the reality,career planning for the higher vocational students can begin with the guidance of full employment.
