Construction of a Practice Teaching Environment for Innovative Talent Cultivation

The cultivation of innovative talents is a complicated systematic project. The growth of innovative talents depends on the interaction between internal and external factors. Teaching environment is an important factor in the teaching activity. An innovation environment can facilitate students' innovative awareness and innovative ability. As an important base for training innovative talents,universities should create an appropriate environment and atmosphere for the growth of innovative talents. Practice teaching is an important means for cultivating the innovative spirit of students.This paper analyzed the problems in the current practice teaching environment. Some measures are suggested including accelerating the integration and sharing of experimental teaching resources,strengthening the construction of teaching management system and creating a good cultural atmosphere.
