Indicators for Monitoring Land Reclamation in Coal Mining Area

The purpose of this paper is to establish uniform indicator system for monitoring the implementation of land reclamation planning.This paper took reclamation of land which was destroyed by coal mining as an example,and used the method of literature analysis to interpret the indicator system based on discussing the spatial distributing features of coal resources,destroyed types of mining land,limiting factors of reclamation objects,reconstruction and relative research of quality evaluation of reclaimed soil.In accordance with the principle of comprehensive evaluation,scientific and practical use,dynamic and process management,this paper combined the contents of land reclamation planning and built the indicator system for monitoring the land reclamation planning implement.The indicator system covers three aspects(reclamation progress,reclaimed soil and reclamation purpose),including 39 specific monitoring indicators.It further analyzes the properties of management and the period of monitoring of the indicator system.It is concluded that the paper is meaningful for providing techniques of land reclamation from destroyed mining land as well as the management of land reclamation.
