Analysis on Coal Mining and Land Reclamation Status of Coal Mining Area in Czech

With the site investigation,references review,qualitative and quantitative analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,the paper comprehensively introduced the Czech coal mining status with the long coal mining and land reclamation history and fully analyzed the land reclamation history,reclamation direction,reclamation technology,policy,regulations,financial sources and others of the Czech mining area. In comparison with China land reclamation,there were four features of the land reclamation in Czech mining area. The forest land would be in a first priority and the percentage of the relaxing vegetation land was increased. The land reclamation system was relatively improved. The sustainable development information of the enterprises could be open and the statistics were in standard. The reclamation technology of Czech was relatively matured but the difficult problems of the spontaneous combustion coal rejects hills were still existed. The study results could have active significances to promote the international exchanges and to seek the sustainable development direction for the China coal industry.
