Application of nickel TiNi shape memory alloy patellar concentrator to patients with patella fracture: a report of 90 cases

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of nickel TiNi shape memory alloy patellar concentrator in treating patella fractures. Methods: The clinical data of 90 cases of patellar fracture treated by using the nickel TiNi patellar concentrator were analyzed retrospectively. Results: According to the luks evaluation standards,the effect was excellent in 82 cases,good in 6 cases and fair in 2 cases. Conclusions: The nickel TiNi patellar concentrator is an ideal procedure for patellar fracture.
