By criminology,criminal litigation and punishment should feature the following 5 combinations: the combination of being the only and being one of,the combination of case-handling and affair-treating,the combination of individual and society,and the combination of process and system.Also by criminology,the necessities dealt with in criminal litigation and punishment are the following 5 aspects: the criminal litigation and punishment in general sense,the degree and speed in crime exposure and punishment,the relevant requirements in the litigation and punishment,the non-criminal procedure and punishment adopted,and the crime prevention both in the process of litigation and that of punishment.
