An Exploration into the Evaluation Index System for Building a Harmonious Society in the Ethnic Wuling Mountainous Area

Identical standard and requirement are needed in building a harmonious socialist society.However,due weight should be given considering regional difference.The ethnic Wuling mountainous area has its advantage and disadvantage in building a harmonious society.This paper,based on the unique features of the Wuling Mountainous area in ethnic history,ethnic culture,ethnic relationship and the status of social and economic development,explores the evaluation index system for building a harmonious society in terms of principle,content and application,hoping to guide the practice in this area.
