Abstract
Wang Bijiang is not only a modern Chinese poet but also a distinguished researcher of modern Chinese poetry.This thesis is made up of three parts:1)exploring the causing factors of his theory of poetry by studying his relationships with other modern poets;2)introducing his achievements in the study of the schools of modern poetry;3)explore his aesthetics through his criticism on the famous modern Chinese poets.
