Clinical research on the combination of Lactobacillus capsule and Metronidazole for treatment BV

Objective:To investigate the clinical results about the combination of lactobacillus capsule and metronidazole,single to use lactobacillus capsule and metronidazole in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis,analysis of the combination of bacterial vaginosis(BV) of the therapeutic effect and its value.Methods:During January 2008 to October 2008,were explicited about diagnosis in patients with bacterial vaginosis for 228 cases,and randomly divided into 3 groups,the observation group adopted lactobacillus capsule combined with metronidazole,the control A group only used metronidazole triazole for treatment,the control B group were only treated with lactobacillus capsules,observed the clinical efficiency after treatment,the onset time and the recurrence of the situation.Results:The efficiency of these group had no significant differ ence(P0.05) ,onset time and the recurrence rate has a very significant difference(P0.01) .Conclusion:Viable lactobacillus United metronidazole capsules in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis effect quickly,there is conducive to the resumption of vaginal micro-ecological balance,prevention of recurrence.
