Abstract

Cynanchum Auriculatum Royle ex Wight is one of the original plants used as traditional Chinese medicine Cynanchi Auriculati Radix,and its C21 steroidal glycosides are the main antineoplastic active constituents.In this review,chemical constituents and antineoplastic activity of C21steroidal glycosides of Cynanchum auriculatum were summarized in recent two decades for further development and utilization.
