Abstract

What is Mental Statue for Worship of Huns' Xiutu King?The secondary questions are related to the culture communication between the east and the west.Owing to being short of materials,there have been different views or opinions on the questions Since the HanDynasty.The ancient scholars in the Dynasties of Jin and Tang believed that it was the Buddhist icon that made its development in China.But modern scholars made further studies that some people thought it was figure of Buddha,while others believed it meant something else.The contemporary scholars considered that it might be connected with Zoroastrianism.Based on the studies of predecessors,the author believes that the Hun's Mental Statue for Worship is the Buddhist icon.
