Abstract
Different extraction method of total flavones from Houttuynia cordata was investigated and optimal condition was chosen by orthogonal experiment.Result showed that ratio of solid to liquid 1: 40,extracted at 90 oC for 40 min and repeated 3 times was the optimal technique condition.
