Empirical Study of ZSSKHLG on Treating Acute Soft Tissue Injury

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of ZSSKHLG on acute soft tissue injury in rats. Methods: According to the method of building models by beating rats got acute soft tissue’s lesion.Then they were divided randomly into three groups:group A,coped with ZSSKHLG;group B,healed with positive pharmaceutical;group C,used nothing.The effects were observed by methods of gross and histology. Results:ZSSKHLG could better dispelling edema and stasis, lowering blood viscosity.The inflammation response of ZSSKHLG group to trauma in histology was significantly lighter compared with other two groups. Conclusion:ZSSKHLG could inhibit traumatic aseptic inflammation and exert an effect of relieving swelling and dispersing blood stasis and might be an ideal external used drug in treating acute soft tissue injury.
