Abstract
By using 10 maize inbred lines, 25 cross combinations were made according to NCⅡ. The combining ability of 7 major characters was analyzed. The results showed that the general characters of inbred lines 4340, Tongxi and 822A were better, they were fine inbred lines which were combined to hybrids.
