Abstract
Using 8×4 incomplete diallel cross design, the combining ability and corresponding genetic parameters of 9 characters of 8 maize inbred lines were analyzed. The results showed that the inbred line 20125,41151 and 41161 have higher common combining ability and could be used directly. The analysis of genetic parameters indicated that plant height, ear location height and kernel rows per ear should be considered selection in earlier generation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
