Mooring system of the wave measuring buoy

Abstract
The elastic mooring system with a elastic part is used in the SBF3-1 wave measuring buoy system in order to reduce mooring effect to the moving response of the surface buoy at the high wave and to make the measurement more(accurately).The elastic mooring system is composed by a rubber rope and a security rope.The result of experiment on the sea showed the measured value of wave approximates to the true after using this system over half a year.
