Abstract
In light of diversity, complexity, unconventionality of gymnastics teaching, this paper will analyse the living examples in motion-practice method by means of document-collection and experimental analyzing methods, give the suggestion of application of notion-practice training method in gymnastics teaching. And also, this paper will design the applying models of notion-practice training method, which could enhance the gymnastics teaching.
