Abstract

The convention which intellectual property has always been compiled into the civil code has existed during about 200 years till now of Russia transition.But it is by no means the intellectual property law has been completely civil code-rization.At present,the status of Part IV of The Civil Code of the Russia Federation,results from both the role of historical inertia of the traditional views of the relationship between the Russian Civil Code and the intellectual property law,that is whether the norms of intellectual property law will be incorporated into the civil code,and the contingent of the decision of the contemporary Russian legislator in the legislative decision on the role of chance,that is,whether or not at all the norms of intellectual property law into the civil code,and the abolition of the major questions of intellectual property rights on a single law.
