Against the times background of the market economy and knowledge transform, and with the thriving development of higher education, colleges and universities must take a scientific and individual road to run and manage themselves, and only by doing so can they get to the top rank schools. This article, going deep into school administration, combines school-running practice of individual management to put forward the ideas and measures of individual management for colleges and universities.
