Value of Farmland and Price Appraisal of Farmland Conversion

Abstract

According to the theory about the total value of land resources,the article expounds the connotation of farmland conversion price, arguing that the price should involve compensation for both use-value and non-use-value. Based on the research results in farmland grading and evaluation achieved in Liuzhou City,the article explores appraisal methods of farmland conversion price by quantifying the social guarantee and the food safety value of the farmland.
