Cultivated Land Protection of Henan Province in Industrialization and Urbanization

Henan Province shoulders the responsibility of national food security,and the cultivated protection in this province is of great significance.Based on the document literature,this paper builds a model of the cultivated area in Henan Province and conducts model fitting and prediction with Eviews software,analyzing the deep reasons for the reduction of cultivated in the process of industrialization and urbanization.The result shows that the cultivated protection policy is effective in Henan Province,and that from 1998 to 2008,construction area and cultivated area presented a significant linear negative correlation.Based on the relation between construction area and cultivated area,this paper proposes measures of strengthening the construction examination and approval management,managing the issue of rural hollowing out,and preparing for the implementation of the individuals linking up with land policy.
