Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relationship between changes of aberration in iris positioning wavefront-guided LASIK and visual quality.Methods:130 eyes of 66 cases performed iris positioning wavefront-guided LASIK.The uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA) was detected and satisfaction degree were evaluated at 1 day,1 week and 3 and 6 months after surgery. The wavefront aberration examination was performed at 3 months after surgery. Results:The preoperative best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) was 1.02±0.13,the postoperative UCVA was 1.06±0.14 at 6 months, the difference was significant(P0.05).The satisfaction degree of surgery was 96.92%.The postoperative root of mean square of general aberration(RMSg) was markedly decreased(P0.01).The postoperative root of mean square of higher aberration(RMSh) was markedly increased(P0.01).The ratio of higher-order aberration(Hi order) was increased and the value of C4 was decreased(P0.01),C7 and C12 increased(P0.01,P0.05),the value of trefoil aberration Z33 was reduced and the valuve of C8 was increased. Conclusion: Iris positioning wavefront-guided LASIK is helpful to improve visual quality. The zernike fuction including increasing C7 and C12 is related to postoperative visual quality.
