Problems Existing in Vocational Education and Countermeasures in Southeast Hubei

There are several problems existing in vocational education in Southeast Hubei, such as weak government overall planning, self-closed running school, poor teaching staff, developing badly in agricultural vocational schools, etc.In dealing with these problems, we should adjust the structure of vocational education in Southeast Hubei, reconstruct and enhance the investment system of vocational education, optimize the investment environment, build close links between vocational education and companies and regional economy, strength the construction of teaching staff, speed up the process of agricultural industral-ization to promote the development of agricultural vocational schools.
