Discussion on effective ways to intensify project management

In this paper from three aspects: organization structure, responsibility cost and field organization construction the problem that how to intensify construction project management is discussed to realize maximum project benefit and optimization of project management. At last exploratory research is carried out on finding the effective ways to intensify enterprises' competitive power.
