Abstract
The purpose of project management in building construction enterprises is analyzed.According to the practical situations in engineering project management main contents of project management are elaborated.In addition,important measures are proposed in order to strengthen project management and normalize the organization,method and behavior in project management to increase the self economic benefits of construction enterprises.
