Abstract

At present, it's our ideal to give more people grenter power. Not only is the ideal itself the base of rule of law, but also it is the goal of the rule of law. The paper analyses the nature and status of rights in rule of law and try to illustrate the inner connection among requirement of rights, protection of rights, realization of rights and rule of law.
