The policy orientation and countermeasure of implementing the responsibility system of the C.P.C working

Three questions have been analysed in this paper:The first one is the practice and characteristic of the responsibility system of the party construction and restrict corruption.The second one is the question and the cause of the question in the responsibility system of the party construction and restrict corruption.The third one is the policy tendency of the countermeasure of implementing the responsibility system of the C.P.C working .The article analysed the thought intension and theoretical foundation of the responsibility system of the incorruptible and intelligent construction of party conduct,some questions were pointed out.The five pieces of relation should be paid attention to during handle these questions.They are the relation between discussing principles and dealing with concrete matters relating to work,party discipline and regulations and individual character and generally.Five points should be paid attention during the process of implementing the responsibility system in this article.The first one is to strengthen the sense of participation and consciousness that the whole society implement the responsibility system of the C.P.C working.The second one is reform the backward system.The third one is to guarantec to implement the responsibility system completely.The fourth one is to strengthen the institutional improvement and perfect supervision mechanism.The last one is strengthen the team construction.
