Abstract
Objective To determine the contents of ferulic acid in extraction of Chuanxiong of different solution.Methods The Cosmosil ODS C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,the mobile phase was methanol-3%acetic acid solution(32∶68,v/v),the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 323 nm at roomtemperature.Results The contents of ferulic acid was 0.56 mg/ml in alcoholic extraction,which was the highest in extract of Chuanxiong in different solution.Conclusion The contents of ferulic acid are different in extract of Chuanxiong in different solution.
