Abstract
Optimizing the industrial structure,promoting the quality of industry and exploiting the industrial potentialities are one of the themes of Beijing’s prospective development.With the help of the theory of industry chain,the article discusses the industrial situation as well as the superiority of the endowment of the industrial essential factors for the time being.It is necessary to improve and consummate the industry chain and increase the existing worth of the industry chain and consolidate the basis of the optimization of industry chain.
