Abstract
The operating principle and structure have been introduced for the diagnosis X-ray dosimeters based on semiconductor detector. The size of the semiconductor detector is small,it is easy to integrate with other devices, and its sensitivity and energy resolution are high. The function of dose correction by spectrometry has been designed according to the characteristics of the semiconductor detector,so that to solve its poor energy response. The data of correction using spectroscopy have been compared with those uncorrected data, and the experimental data show that the spectroscopy corrections make the energy response less than 5% for dosimeters based on the semiconductor detector.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
