Abstract

According to the concepts related to cost management of engineering project,from three aspects: beforehand control and prediction,processing control and adjustment and post-action control cost control of engineering projects is analyzed.Author points out that relationships among limit time,quality and cost should be well treated to reduce engineering cost.
